Hunchback’s Bell-Air

 In Rare & Unusual

One of the characters not included in the original run of the Aurora monster cars during the 1960s was the Hunchback of Notre Dame. The kind folks at Monsters in Motion have taken care of this deficiency by releasing their version titled, Hunchback’s Bell-Air. All parts are resin and painted in acrylics. The bell was airbrushed with Alclad brass. For the ‘boiling oil’ the small vessel was filled with lightly tinted epoxy glue. The wheels were engineered so they actually rotate. And don’t forget the hunchback’s ‘scratch-o-matic’ to take care of those itchy whip scars on his back.
